Our EXPRESS class is a condensed version of our signature 45-minute full body HIIT-inspired SWEAT class. Each participant works on improving their cardio & resistance training while performing strength and bodyweight exercises.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • That’s not a problem. Taking the first step is the hardest. So thank you for giving us the honor of participating in this fitness journey with you. Every guest is on their own path and works out at their own pace. We will go through each exercise to make sure you understand prior to participation. And we will guide you through each exercise so that you’re working out with proper form to get the most effective fitness experience.

  • We recommend wearing athletic or exercise clothing and cross-training, tennis, or basketball shoes. We don’t recommend running shoes given the lack of lateral support. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Prior to each class our instructors ask you to disclose any injuries or concerns. They will modify exercises to accommodate your fitness goals while addressing your injuries. Some injuries may require a doctor’s written clearance prior to participating in the workout.

  • Express (20-min) has two circuits of 9 exercises.

    Sweat (45-min) starts with a 5-min warm up followed by three circuits of 9 exercises. We end with a 5-min cooldown with abs & glutes exercises and a stretch.
