We train many beginners and we work closely with clients to quickly get comfortable the basic boxing fundamentals. You’ll be surprised how rapidly you’ll progress!

We recommend wearing athletic or exercise clothing and cross-training, tennis, or basketball shoes. We don’t recommend running shoes given the lack of lateral support. We’ll take care of the rest.

Prior to each class our instructors ask you to disclose any injuries or concerns. They will modify exercises to accommodate your fitness goals while addressing your injuries. Some injuries may require a doctor’s written clearance prior to participating in the workout.

We recommend boxing gloves and wraps. Preferably 16oz gloves.
Don’t worry if you do not have gloves or wraps. We have boxing gear for you!
